Remko Pasvir returns to FC Twente. The 42-year-old goalkeeper finds himself back where it all began. Pasveer will play a dual role as he will also serve as a mentor. After the departure of Přemyslav Titon (free agent transfer) and Sam Karrsis (on loan at FC Emmen), technical director Erik ten Hag was looking for a new competitor for Lars Unnerstall. Previously, ten Hag also signed Wout Weghorst. As a result, ten Hag chose Pasvir, who began his career at FC Twente. The goalkeeper, originally from Enschede, made his debut in the club's main team in 2004.
