Sianki noted that his goal has always been to pass on his experience to young football players and help them develop in the profession. He emphasized that he has been working in football for almost two decades and often develops young talents for free. "I've always been committed to helping young players and I'm glad to see our work coming to fruition," Sianchi said.

Sianki also noted that there are many talented players in youth football like Rzakinya, but there is not always room for their growth. "I didn't do anything special for Rzakin; my job was to convince him to fight for his dreams. I remember how he wanted to go back to Yazd and leave football, but I told him not to give up as he has what it takes to succeed," he continued.

The coach noted that every time he sees his former players in the major leagues, his hard work is worthwhile. He also commented on Rzakin’s recent statements, emphasizing that he highly appreciates his work and is always ready to thank his coaches.

"When you see your students succeed, it gives you the strength to keep going. I'm proud to have been a part of their journey," he said. Sianki did not shy away from the difficulties faced by young players. He described how important it is to create the necessary conditions for them to grow and develop.

“When I first saw Rzakin, he was very fragile. I tried to create comfortable conditions for him so that he would not get injured and could continue to do what he loved. In addition, I worked with him on his psychological state,” Sianki said.

In conclusion, Sianki shared his opinion about Rzakin’s personal qualities: “He always remained modest, did not strive for unnecessary attributes, simplicity and hard work were his strengths. I sincerely hope that he will achieve even greater success and perhaps one day play in Europe, since he has every chance for this.”

What happens next

Sianki expects Rzakinya to continue to develop and perhaps get a chance to play in Europe in the future.
