The Ajax football club from Amsterdam is preparing for summer changes to its roster. According to Het Parool, the club has already said goodbye to several players, including Wout Weghorst, Alexander Zinchenko and Takehiro Tomiyasu. Sporting director Jordi Cruyff intends to "deeply rebuild" the team. Starting from June 22, when the team gathers, the transfer market remains without significant movements. The only recorded transaction was the completion of the loan of Chuba Akpom, who left the club after the final sale to Ipswich.

In addition to the players already mentioned, Vitezslav Jaros also left the team, returning to Liverpool after a loan. Weghorst's contract has expired, while Zinchenko's situation is different: after his debut, he suffered an injury that limited his effectiveness and is currently using the recovery period to assess the next steps in his career. According to Dutch media, the position of the Ukrainian defender was discussed within the club, and his possible continuation in the team was not ruled out, but this did not take place. Meanwhile, Jordi Cruyff is working on a significant squad overhaul, aiming to start a new technical cycle and return Ajax to the top of the football world after a disappointing season.
