This World Cup has already set a record in terms of overall attendance. Previously, the highest attendance figure was recorded at the 1994 World Cup in the USA - 3,587,538 spectators. The 2026 World Cup takes place in the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19. The current world champion is the Argentina national team.
